The Four Bridges are four bascule bridges on Tower Road in Wirral spanning the Great Float built in Wallasey Pool.[1] They are owned by Mersey Docks and Harbour Company.[2]

History[edit]

Originally the bridges on Tower Road were swing bridges.[3][4] 2017-2018 saw major renovation work with two of the bridges, A bridge and C bridge, replaced.[5][6]
