Four Winds Airport (FAA LID: 9S1) is a privately owned public airport in Celina, Collin County, Texas, United States, located approximately 3 nautical miles (5.6 km) northeast of the central business district.[1][2] The airport has no IATA or ICAO designation.[3]

The airport is used solely for general aviation purposes.

The FAA location identifier of 9S1 was previously assigned to Roche Harbor Airport in Roche Harbor, Washington.[4] That airport is now private-use and has been assigned the FAA LID of WA09.[5]
