Fouyan Awada is one of the most successful modern directors of Susu language films in Guinea. He stars in his own films, working with his own troupe in Conakry.
He was born in Forécariah, like the pioneer of Guinean cinema Henri Duparc.
Among his titles are Bonfi, Kush Fée, Dayoug, Policer, and L'escroc.
