Franck Guedegbe (born February 4, 1988 in Daloa) is an Ivorian footballer, who currently plays as a striker for CF Mounana, a Gabonese football club based in Mounana, Gabon.

Career[edit]

Guedegbe began his career with Académie de Sol Beni then moved in July 2007 to Réveil Club de Daloa. He played also with Entente Sportive de Bingerville[1] for one season and his performance at the local league and international competitions attracted the Moroccan club OC Khouribga. OC Khouribga bought him from Entente Sportive de Bingerville. In March 2011, Guedegbe moved to Al-Shorta Damascus.

In August 2011, Guedegbe went on trial with Algerian side NA Hussein Dey. In August 2011 he signed with Al Naser Sporting Club, participating in the 2013 CAF Confederation Cup where he scored 5 goals in a record 12-1 win over CD de Guadalupe of São Tomé and Príncipe.[2][3] In 2012, he signed with the Gabonese football club US Bitam. In 2015, he went to Gabonese club CF Mounana where he participated in the 2015 CAF Confederation Cup.[4]

Guedegbe represented the Ivory Coast at the 2008 UEMOA Tournament, scoring a goal in the final game, helping Ivory Coast win the tournament.[5] 2009 African Championship of Nations.[6][7]
