Mansford Welton "Frank" Masters Jr. (March 4, 1923 – November 21, 2007)[1] was an American football coach. He was the 14th head football coach at The Apprentice School in Newport News, Virginia and he held that position for the 1953 season. His coaching record at Apprentice was 0–7.[2]
