Fred R Wanless

Fred R Wanless (1940–2017) was a British arachnologist.[1]
Active in the field especially in the seventies and eighties of the 20th century, he described several dozen taxa, in particular among the spiders of the Salticidae family.[2] He worked at the Natural History Museum in London,[3] dealing with the arachnid collections and at the Australian Museum in Brisbane.
