Freddy Zamora Jr. is an Nicaraguan College baseball Shortstop for the Miami Hurricanes.

Career[edit]

Zamora attended Miami Killian High School in Miami, Florida where he played Baseball.

Zamora then went to University of Miami where he played on their baseball team as a Shortstop. His stats include hitting .296 with 12 doubles, six home runs and 46 runs batted in over 50 starts at shortstop. He also recorded 17 multi-hit games and 11 multi-RBI performances. In this time, it is known that he got a violation due to skipping classes.

Right before the 2020 MLB Draft Picks, he had to go into surgery to repair his ACL and LCL.
