EARLY CHILDHOOD[edit]
Fredner was born in Port au Paix, Haiti. His mom and dad migrated to the US when he was 2 years old. Where he then started his education. He resided in Miami,Fl where it all began, He develop an interest for business and investing at the age of 8 where he constantly would use any money given by his parents or relatives to reinvest in anything that would be profitable. Such as snacks for kids, anything tangible where he can always resell the item for the same price he purchase the item for. He felt if they didn’t sell he would just accumulate what he first initially started with and would try it all over again. He started learning and understanding the reason the item didn’t sell ,so he basically started to learn the market of what the kids wanted or what was currently in high demand. Outside of business Fredner always participated in sports. Such as football and track & Field, from elementary all the way to his last year in high school. While doing that he still made time and manage to be an entrepreneur doing what he does best, which was to invest and capitalize in anything around him while he was a full time student and athlete. He somehow found time to purchase cell phones and electronics to resell back to students. In those times they were in high demand which were the years around 2004-2008. While actually just getting started to be the person he is today,In 2008 Fredner graduated high school and started attending Florida Agricultural And Mechanical University where he studied business and wanted to become a lawyer. While still doing what he enjoys which was buying and reselling whatever his peers were interested in or would over hear students talking about from electronics, clothing , shoes etc anything that was profitable in his eyes ,where he’ll see leverage and purchasing what was being spoken about, reselling them items back to the students all while being a full time athlete at FAMU. Well as Fredner got older his way of thinking and investing just enhance as he age and he was now doing it on a larger scale where he would favor small mom&pop stores or anyone that had an idea of doing something where he’ll use the money that he saved up from prior investments along his Journey of success to now do it at a bigger scale where the profit where at a larger scale for him. Fredner football career took a turn when he left Tallahassee Fl to visit his hometown Miami Fl where he was involved in an incident where he was at the wrong place at the time, due to a drive by shooting which cause him to never be able to return back to college and finish his football career as well as his education but this just gave him more time to focus on being a full time entrepreneur and investor which led to who he is today , he was now able give 100% of his time to what he had a passion for and made it a full time job and lifestyle.
BUSINESS CAREER[edit]
In 2009 at the age of 19 Fredner decided to invest in small up and upcoming car dealership in Miami Florida in the inner city of 79 street , North west 5th Avenue where he believes would actually put him in another bracket around that time of that investment. Fredner believe due to the fact the owner was older and actually been at that location for quite a while and have been selling vehicles to locals in the area he could bring in his own customers whom were kids his age and working and been saving to purchase their first vehicle and that’s when he would be there to accommodate them and felt while purchasing smaller vehicles in their budget would not just be to their liking but also profitable and reasonable. Fredner benefiting from being granted access into purchasing through auctions or other vehicle purchasing sources and with that investment alone gave him the access he needed as an investor in the company which actually did. Well while doing so Fredner seen the sales decrease as to what his initial plan was decreasing so he immediately change his plans and adapt to what was being offer to him in society which was renting out the vehicles that he purchase and couldn’t sale at the moment while the owner of the business seen Fredner choose a different route to Make up for the vehicles that he purchase just to obtain not just the money that he spent on purchasing these vehicles but now actually making profit and still having full ownership of these vehicles that we’re not selling. Fredner would go on to continually make small purchase on vehicles that were in demand at the time until he eventually was able to built a relationship with a small bank whom he would be able to finance the vehicle instead of utilizing all of his capital to purchase these vehicles out right which now he was saving more by utilizing the banks money, but what Fredner later in his life realized and learn from was the interest rate was extremely high which at that time he over looked and would definitely would have done things differently base on what he have learn through out his career, but Fredner still seen that profitable because he wasn’t actually paying for the vehicles and they were actually being paid by the customers but his profits decreased base on the high interest rates that the bank was offering, but Fredner wasn’t just renting these vehicles just to any customer he knew who he would target and that was anyone who can actually afford to purchase these vehicles out right just for liabilities purposes which means they were actually customers that Fredner would turn down base on your income . So Fredner customers was base on your occupation and what were you normally driving or actually owned thinking of any asset these rentee may have. Fredner then found leverage through a major exotic rental company’s driver by the name of Jessie whom work for a known company on south beach Miami by the name of Carefree car Rental whom were base on 5ST and Alton on Miami Beach Florida for over 10 years. Fredner had multiple encounter with Jessie whom Fredner would just pick his brain to get a full understanding on what that business actually consist of all along Fredner was coming up with a plan as he never ask questions for nothing, he always had a reason behind all the questions he was asking. Jessie educated Fredner on the car rental business at a higher scale and how they were being operated and how they manage to stay in business, all awhile Fredner was actually soaking in everything Jessie was saying to come up with his own strategy and looking for leverage any way possible by Jessie’s knowledge and being apart of that company for over 10 years and experience which is enough to give Fredner the edge he needed. Fredner mention to Jessie about the vehicles he was actually renting out and how he was going about doing so and ask how can he partner with this company but lacking the type of capital to actually acquire these high end vehicles that CareFree Exotic Rental actually had, well Jessie gave Fredner an idea which was to trade in all your vehicles and acquire 2 black vehicles due to the demand and how valuable black vehicles are in the market just to start off. Jessie believes these 2 vehicles would constantly be rented out and would help Fredner in purchasing high end vehicles as long as he’s patient enough to wait and understand the business more. Fredner did just that by trading in his vehicles and acquire 2 Black vehicles which can be utilize for any events such as weddings, funerals, or personal use, chauffeur usage which were a Mercedes Benz S63 and a Escalade ESV . Well things were actually going according to the plan while Fredner still had his percentage in the small automotive dealer he initially invested in, he was acquiring vehicles with the help of the banks and was now sub- leasing these vehicles to a known rental company with high end customers while his vehicles were also insured through the company where he can generate more and take bigger risk with different customers but Fredner understand that a percentage would have to be given to Carefree Rental which Fredner didn’t mind at all as long as the vehicles were actually paying for itself as well as profiting after the expenses were paid. One thing that Jessie also educated Fredner was to actual put a low-jack on these vehicles just to have an idea on when these were leaving the lot and where his vehicles were at all times which was in Fredner’s favor, well within 6 months Fredner was able to do exactly what he had plan which was being able to not just partner up with this major exotic car rental but also obtaining other vehicles such as a Lamborghini Gallardo which was Fredner first major purchase, Due to the business relations Fredner had with the company he also had access to the companies vehicles where he was able to rent them out and benefitted by given a small percentage on the vehicles he rented out for the company to his regular customers and still had his vehicles as well as the company’s vehicles as well, Fredner decided he would use that oppertunity to obtain a paper trail on his income which he can later utilize to show major banks proof of income, so Fredner decide to have the company pay him with checks instead of cash where he can then deposit these checks into his bank account to show proof of income as well as having a consistant paper trail which would later be very beneficial . Well that business was going so good for Fredner where he able to gain a substantial amount of liquid cash as well as assets and was able to navigate into other ventures and the right one landed which started bubble for everything Fredner had going on, at the age of 20 years old he made an investment that would open up more door and lead him to expand his portfolio in this business world which was investing in a company that his father have owned for more than 30 years which consist is of cargo transportation. Not just any normal cargo transportation that an average 19 year old would actually invest in but in a export cargo company that his father and others had own which wasn’t doing as well but Fredner seen potential over the years of observing and same time he’ve heard and seen how profitable the business was growing up and how that have help his father take care of the family which he knows and believe had potential especially dating back to how long his father have had it which means there is leverage for a business like that which have substantially still stand after all the crisis it have face and with just with the right management and team it can be better than anyone can ever imagine. Not to mention Fredner grandfather was also into ships which come to find out later on his life it’s was actually a generational thing. His dad save up to actually build his first wooden ship from working excessive hours to save enough to have his own first wooden ship built. Fredner didn’t take the easy way out or waited on anything to be pass down to him but instead he decided to bring something to the table which was long history of investing and buying and reselling which he’s certain was over look by his parents while growing up where they were more focus on raising his other siblings. Well Fredner life took another turn where he was caught up in a sting which would put everything on hold and eventually loosing his vehicles and partnership with carefree rental. While being incarcerated Fredner found out that Carefree was no longer in business as they had filed bankruptcy and had their own legal issues, so the only thing Fredner actually had was his last investment that he believes in would solely open more doors and opportunities for him which was the cargo transportation business and he decided to hang on to that as long as possible,while incarcerated Fredner was in need of cash but decided no matter what he would not sell his shares in the company and hang on no matter what because he had a vision and seen the business for what it’s for, we’ll thing started getting worse for the company and was in urge of losing it all but Fredner believe in the company so much that he decided to assist the company again by liquidating some of his asset to turn over to the company to save them from losing it all since that was a company that he was rely on upon his release. Well what Fredner was able to pour into the company was enough to by some time at least until Fredner get out and helping the company survive the major financial crisis it was facing. Fredner was also affected when his charges result in him having to pay a lump- sum of 8 figures which an agreement was made and settle , but by Fredner being business savvy result in buying and selling the wrong thing put a hold on everything he have work hard for and the bright future he had ahead of him. But while being incarcerated Fredner gain more knowledge and came out being smarter than you’ll ever imagine as if that time just enhance in who he was and how he was going to go about doing things this time around , while being incarcerted he was studying the law mainly corporate law as well as spending numerous hours in helping inmates with their cases just to capitalize and levy his knowledge in a field that would be beneficial to him, Fredner took that time to look as in finishing up in college in what he actually wanted to major in which was corporate law which he completed multiple business courses as well as has teaching business classes base on the knowledge he already knew upon this imprisonment. Fredner also took that time to plan out different business ventures that he had in mind which would take up the next 12-15 years of life which he had them broken up in the right timing to bring out these ventures upon his release , Fredner just had a vision a vision for business, success and capitalizing on whatever made sense but he also knew that timing was everything and I believe that is the reason why he knew these ventures would take up the next 12-15 years of his life while he observe everything that is going on around him and around the world but one this he knew he also had to observe the people because it’s the people that would help him in leveraging out on the ventures he decides to take on. Well the time that Fredner have been waiting for have finally arrive he was release and was sent to a pre-release program and while there Fredner finally had full access to the world instead of being limited access while incarcerated. Well while at the pre-release program was able to start putting all his planning and brainstorming to use since he now had full access to the world again,
(Medical)Fredner is was able to meet a Young lady by the name of Janiece whom he came to find out was from a Dominican descent, well Fredner always constantly think of ways not just to accumulate funds to to be a difference and to change the world any way possible and constantly thinking outside the box thinking of what the average would lease think of so. So Fredner schedule visit for Janice to come visit where he was being held at the pre-release location, So upon speaking with Janiece on numerous occasions in visit Fredner because to pick Janice Brian and start asking random questions which Janiece had no idea of the reason behind all the questions that Fredner was asking.Well once again Fredner came up with an idea and brought it to Janice attention which was the co-founding a liquid base wash for women which would help tighten the Virginal area for women. Fredner thought thoroughly about a name for the product after going through multiple possible names , he finally came up with the name Second Chance which came about from a childhood friend by the name of Shaqule Jackson whom also had value in the company base on the assistant she provided in further research in legalizing the product on going public and also co-founder in the name of the product. Janiece and Fredner started to see each other more through visitation as now Fredner has Janice full attention upon mentioning this idea to her but Janice would play a major role because she would be the one to go get the ingredients since Fredner was limited on traveling due to where he was being house at the moment and Fredner would put it all together. So Fredner decided to pay for Janiece trip to Dominican Republic where her family was originally from to go get the ingredient and bring them back and Fredner would put it all together. So Janiece did just that as Fredner put everything together all a while being at the pre-release center. Fredner was able to make about 100 samples and with the help of Janiece they were given to local and see what kind of feedbacks were given on this product which would be very beneficial to women. Well Fredner started to get the feedback he expected and awaited for which was the product actually work . So Fredner decided to reach out to his sisters who would actually disburse the samples to locals in their neighborhood and would get the same feedback. Well since Fredner been getting positive feedbacks he decided to reach out to a mentor who he communicated with from time to time and was actually a doctor in Atlanta , Georgia and explain everything about this product included all the samples given as well as the feedbacks and wanted him to guide him in the right direction in legalizing this product. Well Fredner took his mentor advice and started off doing more research as well as having to get this FDA approve before anything so Fredner look into doing so which also communicated with Janice which was the co-founder of this product as in how they were going to do about doing everything needed to actually sell this product to the public. Well while still being at the pre-release program Fredner kept hisself occupied constantly getting all the information which was needed from the FDA to get it actually aprove which mainly consist of all the ingredients that is use in the product. Well things came to a stand still when Fredner call and refuse to actually give all the details to the assistant on the phone without signing a NDA pertaining to the product and afraid of the product being duplicated in any way. Fredner had a solution which was to return the call back once an NDA was actually written up. Well while Fredner actually waited for the NDA to be drawn up , he stayed in touch with his future partner but things took a sudden turn when Janiece end up being very medically ill was no longer able to travel back and forth for more inventory and Janiece was the only person Fredner rely on and knew where exactly to get the ingredients needed for the product and with Janiece being very I’ll things just worse when Janiece medical condition got worse and was in no working capability let alone remembers anything and Fredner is still stuck and house where he was located and not even being able to visit Janiece while she’s going through this tragic issue. All awhile Fredner seen his whole plan going down the drain due to his partner lost of memory and not even knowing exactly where she was getting the ingredients which were actually imported from a country Fredner had no clue of and was solely relying on Janiece on that end. Fredner watch everything vanish right before his eyes as what he thought was actually going to be something needed for women dealing with these type of issues and very successful product comes to an end since he is as limited to make any moves from where he was being house at and still had restrictions. Well Fredner didn’t let that slow him down or held him back , he move on to the next venture which was an application he figure would change things around in this business world which was called Iglobowl ( International) which he thought about while incarcerated and brought the idea to his wife Donkivian Williams Frederic he also added his sister Lunose Fredner on board. After constantly thinking and planning this out he decided on pushing the button with the help of Donkivian whom actually purchase the domain for Fredner as the only thing he wanted as a birthday gift and felt and believe that it will be worth it. Iglobowl would consist of an application which would help entrepreneurs communicate better through video call and making it time sufficient for all parties knowing that time was something that every entrepreneur took serious and it can be very costly at time so coming out with iglobowl would minimize that or actually be beneficial instead of actual meet ups which can take time or having to be at multiple locations at a time for instance having a meeting in Miami and also having one in New York within an hour difference which they both just as important and can cost you dearly. Time is very important in this business world we live in and Fredner believe if he can cut into that it would be able to have a major impact in this world and with iglobowl it can be done, especially having a meeting in two separate counties dealing with multi-million dollars deal but the one thing that can hinder that is time. Time would make it impossible to make it within minutes or hours in between but with iglobowl these losses can be avoided. But once again there was a problem when Fredner started to research more base on the access he now have and was limited while incarcerated he figure out it was something already out there similar which was Zoom which would be his biggest competition as well as other small video calling applications in the market which means Fredner would have been duplicating exactly what Zoom is serving to entrepreneurs as well as normal people whom just want to stay in contact via video calls. So that project which Fredner had plan and thought thoroughly while thinking of so much ventures with limited access came to an end.
(HAITI) Well Fredner started to focus on the cargo ships which was one of his initially investments to fall back on, well while going back and forth over season to numerous county which was part of the job,Fredner starting scoping and putting new plans together well this time while Fredner was in port de paix Haiti which was one of the ships destination he started seeking what was needed in the county ways he can capitalize off the country not just by importing good for customers but more so generating his own personal income, well Fredner got a translator and walk around and had the translator translate for his and he had a lot of questions for the citizens in the community as far as what they were lacking and what was needed in the area which while on multiple visits he decided we would give them just what was needed in the area which was a lounge well once can see their no entertainment in Haiti they’re is not enough capital circulating in a county like that especially for entertainment purposes but Fredner seen different and believe there are consumers everywhere in the world and if that’s what their missing he will provide it to them which was lack of entertainment as well as somewhere relaxing with a peace of mind where they can get good food so Fredner decided on a lounge and starting drawing up a business plan based on research he had done while visiting as well as talking to locals in the city where he would open his establishment. Well Fredner seen alot of leverage most importantly he would be importing these goods less than anybody in the market which he would be cutting back on cost due to his partnership in the cargo business which he have full control of so therefore anyone else competing would be had to ass that to their expenses to import goods to Haiti from the US and other country around the world as for Fredner that would free of cost which he can utilize these funds to help build the lounge he intended on building but instead he utilize these funds to invest in Haiti’s neighbor Dominican Republic we’ll get to that later on. But Fredner capitalize off transporting material needed for the lounges as well as importing good that’s the country have never seen before which were rare to set apart any other restaurant in town, utilizing an American style restaurant he called it, it’s like bringing America to Haiti and bring that vision down there for the people from the interior to the glow fishes and fish tank that were all Imported made it very difficult to compete because Fredner was a thinker and was constantly always thinking of ways to elevate the business and always thinking outside the box, well on December 18,2020 the restaurant held its grand opening which Fredner name it after his kids ForeverFred lounge within the first months of business ForeverFred was grossing 280,000 which was equivalent to about 20,000-25,000USD but the currency would change depending on how the market was. For about 6 months Fredner never what he had plan out had actually came to life and what people expected to be impossible Fredner made possible which was to bring a whole different scenery and entertainment to a small county that was in need. Well the name started to pick up around now and ForeverFred was ask to be the location chosen when it was time for the Mayor of port de paix were to meet with other politicians regarding the countries yearly carnival which would be taken place in the city of Port Au Paix which was the first time ever order by president Jovenel Moise. ForeverFred was getting a lot of press and media attention which was being back up and accompanied by politicians. Things we’re going great and the numbers were projected how Fredner seen it but one thing Fredner didn’t see was what was about to affect not just ForeverFred but the county overall, in 2021 on July 21 which would have been approximately 7 months after ForeverFreds grand opening. Fredner was in Haiti at the time overlooking the overall operation of the restaurant and due to the assassination of the president and restrictions in traveling the county was place on lock down and Fredner was stuck in Haiti for approximately 3 months but while there he was also planning his next venture which he was aware of the decrease in sales of the restaurant and it would take time until the county is back to normal and over one a tragic moment like this one. The incident have cause a dramatic decrease in revenue due to the countries restrictions and limitations which wouldn’t allow anyone to come out as well as businesses from operating. Many business had went out of business due to not being able to maintain the overhead due to the closure of these businesses but Fredner was a thinker and had position hisself for any liabilities to come but just didn’t expect anything like this but maintaining anyway possible to keep the restaurant at bay until they were able to go back to normal operations. (DOMINICAN REPUBLIC) Well while Fredner was in Haiti he was studying and mapping out his next venture which was Haiti’s next door neighbor which was Dominican Republic which was also one of the cargo ship destinations. So upon the counties opening up to travel Fredner flew back to the U.S and planed for another month until he was able to catch a flight to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Well while visiting on numerous occasions and with the cargo ship Fredner would stay in Juan Bosch. Every morning Fredner would get up at 5am and go jogging in the community ,all along he was also scooping and asking questions this began to be a normal routine for Fredner. Well upon multiple questions and about a year or so of studying he decided he could push the button on his initial plan which was to have some condominium build and provide housing for locals in the area as well as a way to tap into the Airbnb market. Fredner felt by asking question and drawing his own conclusion on how he would benefit it would all make sense to him. Juan Bosch was actually developing and really convenient due to the community being close to major highways and airport. The community had its own local supermarket as well as their own bus services which picks you up from your designated area. Another thing that caught Fredner attention was the fact that they were building a hospital and school in the community which made Fredner even more interested in the project and plan he had in mind. So Fredner went around asking to purchase multiple units but was turn down due to the fact that they were only offered to Dominican Republic citizens and not U.S citizens. Fredner went to 7 different condominiums until he was able to get the opportunity he was looking for which consist them having to actually build the 5 story condominiums within a period of 6-12 months. Well Fredner close out on the deal and was able to purchase 16 units with the help of some silent investors. Within 6 months after the fact while the community was developing the investors decided to sell their portion making 30% profit on their initial investment amount which was great for them especially the turn around. But Fredner was patient and wasn’t for a quick turnaround he wanted to stay for the long term and decided to keep his portion of the investment which was 4 units which he still owns to this date. (ARUBA) Well in 2020 Fredner was able to add to his portfolio while visiting Aruba which was to negotiate a deal on exporting and importing good to the island ,Fredner came across a realtor by the name of Jan Falcone whom was actually from California but migrated to the island 35 years ago and been successful in real-este market in Aruba. Fredner stayed in contact with Jane whom would talk to him about investing in Aruba and the opportunities that Aruba had and especially what Fredner brings to the island as far as importing and exporting would level the playing field in importing goods to the island which 95% of everything in Aruba is imported. Jan educated Fredner on the market when it came to real-este Fredner was soaking everything in and learning as he goes as well as putting things together his own plan as to how he was going to go about capitalizing off everything the island had to offer. Well Fredner visited Aruba on numerous occasions and finally after researching and understanding the market to his liking he was ready for Jan and moving forward with acquiring a rental property in Aruba. In February of 2021 Fredner took another trip to Aruba just to check out property as he would actually allow Jan to be the face while he negotiated through Jan from a distance, we’ll finally Fredner was able to close out on a deal which him and his wife Donkivian Fredner was able to acquire a rental property in Gold Coast Aruba making that another property Fredner have negotiated to his liking in another country. Well Fredner was able to list the property and generate a great of income from the Aruba property because Fredner knew that Aruba was an island not to far from the U.S and a tourist attraction and base on Fredner studying and aware of 97% of Arubas income came from tourist so everything was looking good for the young couple. While observing what was going on in the economy with Covid coming around and affecting a lot of major companies as well as traveling restrictions Fredner seen sales decrease among his investments, one mainly was the Aruba property which him and his wife acquire about 7 months and was relying on the 97% of tourist whom were not able to travel due to the Covid restrictions which had a major impact on the world and not just U.S or Aruba , many businesses couldn’t survive the crisis and was forced to call quits and to this day is still trying to recover. Well since Fredner was actually big on studying the market and what’s going on daily he was able to pull the plug before things got worse and deviate from his initial plan. Fredner called up Jane ,as Jane was also a mentor to Fredner in the Aruban market and told her that he has to let the place go as Jane also assisted fredner in renting out the property and played a major role in everything Fredner had going on with the property up until Fredner decided to get rid of the property which Jane was the same person who listed the property and help and guided Fredner in gaining what he was able to gain before he lost it all. It was Jane’s honesty and guidance that help Fredner from day one up until now which they’ve been in contact since then. While Fredner was in Aruba he came across an entrepreneur by the name of Oscar Garcia and always stayed in touch with him and would constantly spend numerous hours elaborating on what’s going on in Aruba and what was needed on the island. Well Oscar was who Fredner needed at the time when Covid was one of the worlds biggest issue. Oscar presented a purifier machine to Fredner which he needed Fredner as an investor in purchasing these divides as a distribution deal to export back to Aruba which was home for Oscar. Oscar have work for Marriott Hotel for 15 year and have received serval sales award over the 15 years he’s been with the hotel. As voted the number one sales man for Aruba Marriott Hotel 4 years in a row , Oscar also had a photography business which along side the hotel he helps increase in sales daily which was ran by his wife and kids. Well after serval meetings with Oscar over zoom or via WhatsApp calls elaborating on how that purifier would be beneficial not just to Fredner but to the Aruban people Fredner decided to give a shot at investing nearly 90% of the company’s startup capital. Well ( Active Pure Technology) which was the name of the purifier was a United States Company whom was giving Oscar a distribution deal on these devices which he’ll be authorized to distribute and sales in Aruba. We’ll base on Oscar experience in the sales world he believe he can pitch it to the prime minister as well as business and residential people in Aruba. Oscar believe that Covid was one of the biggest obstacles Aruba had to face and believe that active pure would be the solution.
