Freedom From Religion

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Freedom From Religion is an alternate view of the First Amendment Religious protections. Generally, it has been engrained in American Politics the term "Freedom of Religion" is the intent of the US constitution First Amendment Practices. However, the text explicitly state that congress shall not enact laws that create a religion. This idea is meant to protect citizens from a Theocratic state, not to protect religions. This follows in line with the separation of church and state. No religion is above the Law/ State.
