Frobbly's Cove is a dilapidated wharf situated within the compound of a defunct paper mill company, Paper Industries Corporation of the Philippines (PICOP), on the southern coast of Bislig Bay. It was exclusively used to berth the company's ships that transport timber and paper products for export as well as domestic sale.[1] Today, it has become a tourist attraction for locals and visitors alike where they can swim by its craggy beach.
