Frontera Emerging Markets
Frontera Emerging Markets Sp. z o.o. is a securities-placement firm whose head office is located in Warsaw, Poland. It offers access to securities trading in markets of the Caucasus and the Middle East through partnerships with local broker-dealers.
In April 2018 it began offering access to Azerbaijani debt issuances of sovereign bonds and corporate bonds listed in Baku, Azerbaijan.
History
Frontera Emerging Markets Sp. z o.o. was incorporated on 27 October 2016[1] in Warsaw, Poland. In November 2016 it was granted an institutional trading license by the Securities and Exchange Organisation of Iran. Both of its founding partners held individual trading licenses as well. Frontera began its operations in Iran.
Since 2018, its main market of operations is Baku, Azerbaijan.
