Frosted Faces Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non profit[1] animal rescue located in Ramona, Ca, founded in 2014.[2] Frosted Faces Foundation rescues senior dogs and cats from animal shelters throughout Southern California and places them in the care of foster families. Foster families provide care for the animal until an adopter is approved to permanently be responsible for the dog or cat. Medical coverage is provided by Frosted Faces Foundation until the animal is adopted.[3]
