Funkwerks is a niche style brewery located in Fort Collins, CO. focusing on specialty beer styles, including saisons, sours, and other Belgian-style beers. Founded in 2009 by Brad Lincoln and Gordon Schuck who met while studying brewing science at the Siebel Institute of Technology in Chicago. Funkwerks opened their taproom to the public in December of 2010.[1]
