FusionFabric.cloud

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

FusionFabric.cloud is a cloud-based open platform, created by financial technology (Fintech) company Finastra. The platform unlocks financial systems via open application programming interfaces (APIs) for developers to build new applications for the financial services industry. The platform encourages a collaborative ecosystem by enabling developers within banks, at Fintechs, universities, consultants or independent developers, to build apps for internal or external use at financial institutions.[1] The platform – through open APIs and other tooling – aims to increase the pace at which financial institutions can create and deploy applications.[2]

The platform consists of three components: Fusion Creator, Fusion Operate and Fusion Store[2], first revealed in June 2018 at Money 20/20 in Amsterdam.[3] Fusion Creator is a cloud-based development portal providing access to a standards-based set of open APIs. Fusion Operate is a portal to manage and monitor the operations of apps. Fusion Store is a marketplace to buy and sell apps.
