History

Beginning and Trench Diggin' (2018-2020)

G4real began in 2018 and sent his first demo to Alienator Records in late 2018. To G4's surprise, Alienator responded, stating that they would give G4 a record deal and would be taking 25% of income off every album. In mid-2019, G4 released his first single for his album *Trench Diggin'*. The single would soon be the best song off the album. The song was entitled "Wit Da Gs" and it featured SecretScott. The single made Alienator almost $2,300. The second single was released in November 2019, entitled "I'll See You After School" and featured Flamaz and Dr. Freestyle, making Flamaz's debut on a G4real track and making Dr. Freestyle's first-ever song. Dr. Freestyle would also be featured on 3 of the 11 tracks on the album. Later in November 2019, Alienator submitted to a rap website that G4 was either a slow worker and took time to make his songs, or he was just making them the best they could be, or he just didn't care and wasn't writing songs as fast as other artists they worked with. They also stated that at the rate he was going, the album wouldn't be released until 2021. G4 proved Alienator wrong with their predictions and finished the album in May of 2020. G4 released to the website that the album would be titled "Trench Diggin'" after his last name and would consist of 11 tracks, 2 of which were already released. He also stated that the album would be released on June 28th, 2020. In July 2020, G4 left Alienator, stating to the rap website "They kept telling me I was doing everything wrong and would never be successful in life." In need of a label, he quit solo music in late 2020.

Solo Hiatus and EastRaidaz Formation (2021-2022)

G4 went on a solo music hiatus in 2021 after leaving Alienator Recordings for various reasons. Alienator was not happy about the label departure and threatened G4 numerous times over email. In late 2021, with plans to return, G4 was in the works of finding a new record label or creating his own. G4 didn't make enough money for his own label, and the labels he could afford demanded 45% of album income or more. In early 2022, SecretScott and G4 were talking and they came across the fact that G4real might go broke if he doesn't find a label cheap enough and with a good money-saving process. SecretScott suggested that G4 send a demo to the label he uses, entitled Influence Recordings. Influence reduced 35% off of your album income. After the demo was recorded, G4 sent it to Influence. After a few weeks, Influence replied and declined. G4 told the news to SecretScott, and problems occurred. G4 almost went bankrupt.

In mid-2022, G4 and SecretScott were having a conversation where the idea came around to create a rap group. They called Flamaz and created a trio, deciding on the name EastRaidaz to represent the east side. In mid-2022, they recorded a demo and sent it to a record label entitled RhymeFlow. RhymeFlow responded saying they would be happy to record the EastRaidaz debut album. They got to work immediately to recording the album, which contained 21 tracks featuring rappers such as Doomsday, MoreMonay, OnlyRidah, XFACED, and more. The album went live in November 2022 under the title *Eastside Worth*. RhymeFlow gave EastRaidaz a discount of only taking 10% of income through the album. The album ended up saving G4's career and he returned to making solo music in early 2023.

Solo Return and Recognize The Real (2022-2023)

In late 2022, G4 made a return to his solo music. G4 stated that his hip-hop trio EastRaidaz and their record label RhymeFlow saved his career and possibly his life. In January 2023, G4real got to work on his new solo album and before asked RhymeFlow to record it. RhymeFlow accepted, but just days later, RhymeFlow was shut down due to lack of payment and not treating all clients equally. RhymeFlow ended up losing their recording studio and with no studio, nothing was left. G4 was not happy about the shutdown of RhymeFlow and he and the owner were good friends. The EastRaidaz album *Eastside Worth* ended up making him enough money to start his own label entitled ThaReal. All of his songs were home-recorded, and it saved him money. The album he recorded took a couple of weeks consisting of 13 tracks featuring artists such as XFACED, OnlyRidah, Mr. Stacks, and more. The album was titled *Recognize The Real* and made G4 some money. This method became the method he ended up using, and it worked for G4.
