GOBankingRates is a personal finance website that was launched in 2008.[1] It is based in Los Angeles, CA and is owned and operated by ConsumerTrack, Inc.[2][3] GoBankingRates publishes multimedia content in the personal finance vertical. The website provides readers with personal finance advice, reviews on banking products and institutions, rate comparisons, and studies and surveys.[4]

GoBankingRates publishes content on personal finance. Its sections include topics on “Making Money,” “Save Money,” “Budgeting,” "Investing," “Retirement,” "Credit Scores," "Bank Accounts," "Financial Institutions," "Home Buying," "Taxes," and “Credit Cards.”

Products and Services[edit]

GOBankingRates publishes an annual “Best of” initiative, including Best Credit Cards, Best Banks and Best Brokers.[5]

An in-house research team conducts studies and surveys relating to personal finance.[6][7][8] The findings are syndicated through partners, including MSN[9], Yahoo! Finance[10] and CNBC[11], among others.[12]
