Gamail, The village of purest and holiest people in the maithil's history. The native language is known as Maithili and its speakers are referred to as Maithils. The village was famous for the Vedic Priests before 1990. Famous Priests used to reside in this village. Few of famous priest names like Late Ayodhya Nath Mishra, Late Ramakanth Mishra, Late Vishnu Kant Mishra. Some people used to say that Sanskrit was the second spoken language in Gamail. Gamail has been known for the traditional rich culture and festive celebrations.
