The Group is registered and headquartered in Malta with offices in Dublin, Ireland and Tampa, Florida, between which the Group employs 50 people.

Gambling.com Group operates 50 unique websites which publish independent reviews of iGaming operators across 13 different national markets in 7 languages. The Group's main affiliate websites include Gambling.com, CasinoSource and SlotSource.
Gambling.com Group's Board of Directors include Sportingbet founder Mark Blanford, former Cherry group CEO Fredrik Burvall and SMT's founder and CEO Gerard J. Hall.
On February 13, 2018, it was announced that Gambling.com restructured their board with the announcements of Susan Ball and Pär Sundberg.[2]
History
Charles Gillespie and Kevin McCrystle founded what would become Gambling.com Group in 2006. The founders switched their focus to European casino affiliate marketing in 2010 when they began building their first series of casino affiliate portals: CasinoSource.[3]
In 2014 the Group began expanding its Gambling.com and CasinoSource portals beyond the original set of English speaking markets. In order to facilitate this expansion, The Group set up its Irish operation in early 2015, which is now its largest with over 30 employees.
The Group's latest series of sites is SlotSource, a dedicated casino portal for Slots offers and reviews, launched in early 2017.
In June 2017, KAX Media was rebranded to Gambling.com Group to better take advantage of the domain name Gambling.com and communicate its business focus more directly.[4]
In 2017 Gambling.com Group registered with the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement to begin promoting online gambling operators in New Jersey.[5]

The Group's flagship affiliate website 'Gambling.com' is an online portal tailored for users seeking a wide variety of sports betting and casino websites. The domain was purchased by Gambling.com Group for USD 2.5 million in May 2011. The site has listed over 250 verified gambling operators since its inception.
Market Activity
Gambling.com Group operates in a number of international markets, with a primary focus on the UK, Sweden and Ireland.
Gambling.com Group stopped promoting casino and poker in Australia prior to the closing of the market in 2017. The Group continues to promote legal sports betting operators in Australia.
In January 2018, a localised United States version of Gambling.com was released to the public in anticipation of future regulation in the American market.[6]
Acquisitions
Gambling.com Group completed its 2017 fundraising plan, having raised a total of €16 million primarily for acquisitions.
On March 1st 2017, the Group closed two acquisitions including SvenskaCasino.se, Lyckospel.se and CasinoMobilt.se - three leading Swedish casino affiliate sites as well as AndroidSlots.co.uk a leading UK mobile casino portal.[7]
In January 2018, the Group announced its acquisition of a Mobile Performance Marketing Network which specializes in gambling content for mobile users in a variety of jurisdictions.[8]
