Gangwan

The Gangwan Rajput belong to the Suryavanshi or Khatri divisions of Rajputs, found in Central India.

History and origin

The Gangwan Rajputs claim origin from the Madhya Pradesh and they often called Gangwani. Some people predicts that they use to fight in army of King Hari Singh of Jammu provincial state.
