Garv Television Awards is an awards event organized by Pakistan Media Awards industry to honour the Most Favourite and Popular Personalities of Indian TV in Pakistan. The pics and videos are strictly banned for actors to post on social networking sites because it can create rifts among audience.
Event Organization[edit]
2014
In 2014, it was the first year of GTA and it was held on a small scale at 14th Feb, 2014 at Lahore. The show was hosted by Aamna Shariff, Hina Khan, Mohammed Iqbal Khan, Shweta Tiwari and Harshad Chopra. Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai walked out with maximum number of trophies at the event which was total 15.
2015
In 2015, the show was held at Abu Dhabi and was hosted by many actor. Sanaya Irani, Barun Sobti, Hina Khan, Shweta Tiwari, Anita Hassanandani, Eijaz Khan, Karan Patel, Ruhanika Dhawan, Shivansh Kotia, Harshad Chopra and Vivian Dsena. Kumkum Bhagya and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai stood the Most Awards Winning Shows of that night.
2016
In 2016, GTA took place at Convocation Hall, Islamabad. The show was hosted by Kapil Sharma and Manish Paul. Pyaar Ko Ho Jaane Do[1] bagged 12 trophies followed by Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai won 10 awards.
