Gary Blackmer

Gary Blackmer (born c. 1950) was the head of the Audits Division of the Oregon Secretary of State's office until December 2015.[1] He took over in June 2009, working for Kate Brown,[2] after 10 years as the City Auditor in Portland, Oregon. Previously, he was auditor for Multnomah County, Oregon, for eight years.[3]
