Gavin Araujo

Gavin Araujo is an Indian professional football manager who is currently working with FC Goa as the U-18/20 Head Coach.[1] He has over fourteen years of experience in the field of coaching, and currently holds the AFC Pro Diploma,[2] which is the highest level of coaching accreditation issued by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC).
Career
After working in an administrative role in Goa Football Association for nine years, Araujo completed the All India Football Federation C-License course in June 2009 and joined Vasco Sports Club as head coach.
Araujo worked as the head coach of Vasco SC for two seasons, from 2009 to 2011. The team performed well in the professional Goa Football League and the 2nd Division I-League, missing out on promotion to the I-League by one point in both seasons.
He joined Dempo Sports Club as the youth team coach.[when?]
Gavin joined FC Goa as the grassroots head, and helped establish the grassroots structure at the club. He has worked in various roles, becoming head coach of the U-17/19 team.
