Gaza Marriott Business Center is a proposed mixed–use development project in Gaza, Palestine. It is one of the largest commercial projects in the city of Gaza. The project was hoped to create an economic boost in the territory.
It was launched in the late 1990s. The time, when this project launched, Gaza was a booming city for tourism and industry. Development of the Gaza International Airport also contributed as an additional factor, which led development of the city.
