Gene McDowell

Early Life

Gene McDowell is a registered, licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Texas and Dayton. He studied at the Texas State University for an engineering course, and left in 1988 to study at the University Of Toronto for an MTA certificate. He later graduated with an MBA degree from Oklahoma State University Of California, Berkeley, where he was given the title of a certified plant engineer.

Career

American Society of Civil Engineering and International Code Council. Gene has more than 35 years of experience in geotechnical, environmental, structural, civil and forensic engineering. He specializes in property investigations, condition assessments and structural design.
