Geneseo station is a proposed train station in Geneseo, Illinois, for the new Quad Cities route. The start date has yet to be announced, although construction expectations for the Moline station have begun in late 2017.
Funding and plans
The $3 million station will be funded in part by the City of Geneseo and will be located just east of the existing train depot.[1] The city plans to build the station near Oakwood Avenue.[2]
