Genesis (Quantum Leap)
Season 1 of *Genesis* was the very first episode of Quantum Leap and the first episode of season 1 of Quantum Leap.
Plot
In 1999, a quantum physicist named Dr. Samuel Beckett created a time travel project that was running out of funds. Just before the project ran out of funds, Sam stepped into the Quantum Leap Accelerator to demonstrate that his time-traveling project worked, but found himself trapped in the past with partial amnesia, a phenomenon Al called the "Swiss cheese effect". He is shocked when he comes to shave and sees a different reflection than his own. He is also worried when he sees Al walking through things.
