Season 1 of Genesis was the very first episode of Quantum Leap and the first episode of season 1 of quantum leap.

Plot

In 1999, a quantum physicist named Dr. Samuel Beckett creates a time travel project in which the project is running out of funds. Right before the project ran out of funds, Sam stepped into the Quantum Leap Accelerator to prove his time traveling project works, finds himself trapped in the past with partial amnesia, called by Al the "Swiss cheese effect". He is shocked when he comes to shave, finds a different reflection than his own. He is also worried when he sees Al walking through things.
