George A. Holt Jr.
George A. Holt Jr. is a Democrat American politician from Buffalo, New York. He represented the 3rd District of the Erie County Legislature from 1994-2007.[1]
In 2007, Holt pled guilty in State Supreme Court to two misdemeanor counts of filing fraudulent sales tax reports for his Buffalo restaurant. As a condition of the plea, Holt paid $39,237.91 in sales tax, penalties and interest to New York State and Erie County.[2]
