George Demetri Boosalis (Γιώργος Μπουσάλης) is noted for being a co-founder of Exofab and president of Boosalis Properties.

George was born September 18, 1983, to Demetri and Loula Boosalis. He has a sister, Eleni.

Career

Boosalis Properties

George Boosalis is the president of Boosalis Properties, a commercial real estate brokerage and development firm based in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Through Boosalis Properties, he has ownership interests in nearly one million square feet of retail and commercial real estate across Northern Virginia, primarily consisting of shopping centers and industrial properties.

Boosalis is currently involved in a large mixed-use redevelopment project in Prince William County located near the Woodbridge VRE, Amtrak, and future Metro commuter corridor. The project is planned across three phases totaling nearly $500 million in development, including approximately 990 residential units and more than 150,000 square feet of retail space.

In addition to development and ownership, Boosalis represents a wide variety of national and regional retail tenants throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, assisting with site selection and expansion strategies. Over the course of his career he has been involved in more than $100 million in commercial real estate transactions.


Exofab

George is the cofounder of the first smart gel case introduced to the cell phone case market.[1] The case was the first to be able to stick to mirrors and glass for hands-free selfies.[2] The company was sold in 2016.

Personal Life

George Boosalis is married to Greek-American international recording artist Kalomira (Καλομοίρα). The couple married in 2010 and have three children: twin sons, Niko and Demetri, and a daughter, Anastasia.[1] They reside in the Washington, D.C. area.
