George Morozov
George Morozov (born April 13, 1994) is a Russian-American real estate investor, licensed real estate agent, and a licensed mortgage loan officer. He currently resides and conducts business from his estate in Richmond Virginia.[1][2]

Early life and education[edit]
Born in Moscow, Russia, Morozov attended Gimnazia 18 and Military academy till the age of fourteen. At the age of fourteen he moved to Richmond, Virginia, United States of America where he attended James River High School. After graduating he went on to pursue his business ambitions in real estate and marketing.
Career[edit]
Career beginnings[edit]
In 2011 he established and managed a web design and marketing firm "UI Direct LLC" in Richmond, Virginia. As executive managing director, George provides strategic leadership to the company. Although he did not not carry the official title of chief financial officer, he also brought CFO capabilities to his role.[3][4]
Real estate[edit]
In 2015 George begun his real estate career as a mortgage loan officer at "Movement Mortgage", with his wife Karen Ramirez as his partner, focusing on international and local home buyers and borrowers, serving the Richmond Virginia area. Later in 2017 he established his first branch with mortgage company called "Altera Home Loan" in the Henrico Virginia area. After successfully growing his mortgage business, in 2019 George Morozov continued pursuing his real estate ambitions as a licensed real estate agent and realtor with "United Real Estate"[5]; while his wife Karen Ramirez continued the mortgage business, now as a loan officer with "C&F Mortgage Corp."[6]
In 2020, Morozov is managing real estate assets both in United States and internationally. While helping local and foreign home buyers and investors achieve their american dream and build wealth through homeownership in the state of Virginia.[7][8]
Personal life[edit]
On December 26, 2016, Morozov proposed to his then girlfriend and business partner loan officer Karen Ramirez. One year later on December 26, 2017 they got married and celebrated there honeymoon in Dominican Republic.
