Georgia Alexandra Fendley (born 1971) is a British graphic designer and founder of the creative agency Construct, making it one of the 0.1% of creative agencies that are women-owned.[1] [2]
Personal life
Fendley was born in Wales.[3]
She now lives in Bath and is married to the graphic designer Tim Fendley, founder of Applied Information Group.[4]
Career
In 2004, Fendley founded Construct London Limited[5], a design agency focused on the creation of brand identity. Construct is known within the design industry for its work with luxury hotels, fashion and food brands including Aman Resorts, linen company Frette and department stores Harvey Nichols and Harrods.[6] [7]
As founder and creative director of Construct, Georgia Fendley has created the logotypes/ brand identities for Airelles, Aman, Baur au Lac, The Berkeley, Boodles, Capella, Carolina Bucci, Claridge’s, The Dorchester, Epi, Frette, Harvey Nichols, Hotel Bel Air, The Lana, Le Kasha, Omniyat, Mulberry, Wadi Safar and The Lana.[8][9]
From 2008–2012, Fendley was brand director of British fashion and leather goods brand Mulberry. During Georgia's time at Mulberry, the share price rose 3099% and total revenues increased by 38%.[10][11]
Fendley remains Executive Creative Director of Construct, the agency she founded. Construct joined Together Group in 2021.[12][13]
