Germán Ricardo María Hüttemann Arza (born 28 April 1982 in Asunción) is a former Paraguayan athlete specialized in high jump and triple jump.
He achieved the Junior (U20) records for both disciplines the same day, 27 October 2001. In the case of high jump, his jump of 2.06m was also U23 and Absolute records, and remain until today. In the case of triple jump, his jump of 14.25m remained as Junior (U20) record until 2007.
