Development
In January 2021, Sunil Teli STR announced that his next Web series would be produced by Santosh Teli under STR Motion Pictures banner.

Pre-production
The film was tentatively titled Gho.C.Hu., which was later confirmed to be the official title. Casting
The film has Piyush Sharma, Ajay Bamniya, Lakshmendra Sharma and Krishana Teli. Lakshmendra Sharma would play major comic roles. Heena Sharma would play the antagonist. Prakash Sharma is cast as Mohit. Hitesh Patel is cast as Varun.
Prakash Sharma was playing the role as Kapil in web series, but due to some personal problems, he denied the role.
Filming
Principal photography of the film commenced on 20 January 2021 in Nimbahera. The first schedule involved forest shots at a real forest location in Nimabhera. Piyush Sharma, Ajay Bamniya, Lakshmendra Sharma and Sunil Teli STR booked a location at a forest area in Nimbahera on 20 April 2021 to continue with the shoot of the film. The second schedule of the film took place in Nimabhera main city where the crew shot haunted scenes. Newcomer actor Piyush Sharma began his shooting schedule on 1 March 2021. The filming.

Music
Sunil Teli STR's regular collaborator Lakshmendra Sharma is composing the score and soundtrack of the Web Series. Music sessions of the film began in March 2021. Lakshmendra Shrama created as well as the primary lyricist in the same period. The same year, in March, he wrote lyrics for two songs for upcoming STR movies. On 27 March 2021, the score of the promotional teaser titled "Gho.C.Hu. Motion Poster" was released through STR Motion Pictures. While, the score of another promotional trailer "Gho.C.Hu. Official Trailer" was released on 18 June 2021.
Marketing and release
The film was earlier scheduled to be released on 20 May 2021. However, in May 2021, the release date was revised as 24 July 2021.
Dubbing works of the film have begun in June 2021. Ajay Bamniya and Piyush Sharma were the first persons to start their dubbing. Both of them gave voiceovers for each other's introduction teasers. In May 2021, STR said that the release date will be confirmed after the completion of shooting.
On 25 May 2021, the new release date was announced as 24 July 2021. The film will release in Telugu along with the dubbed versions Tamil.
