Giacomo Voli: (born 3 November 1985) is an Italian hard rock and metal singer mostly known for being the lead singer of Rhapsody of Fire.

Musical career[edit]

In 2014 Giacomo Voli took the second place on The Voice of Italy as part of the team lead by rock singer Piero Pelù[1]. After that he started his solo career publishing an EP called Ancora Nell'Ombra in 2015 and became the lead singer for Italian symphonic metal band TeodasiA[2]. In 2016 TeodasiA released two new albums: Reloaded, a mixture of new songs and rerecordings of old songs, and Metamorphosis, a collection of 13 new songs.

In 2016 he also became the lead singer for Rhapsody of Fire[3][4] replacing the former singer Fabio Lione. Rhapsody of Fire with their new singer released a compilation album in 2017 called Legendary Years in which they rerecorded some of their most knows songs from previous albums.

In 2017 Giacomo Voli also released his first full length solo record called Prigionieri Liberi. In February 2019 Rhapsody of Fire released their first album of new songs with Giacomo Voli as a singer, the album is called The Eighth Mountain. Before the release of the full record a video for the first single Rain of Fire[5] was published on YouTube in January.
