Gifa Inc[1] which was originally incorporated in Nevada State under the name of FireFish[2] on April 29, 2008. They were offering mobile and internet marketing services to educational services and retailers to young adults[3] and learners after April 2008 through wholly-owned Subsidiary domicile in India. Gifa Inc also hosted a competency competition which is also referred to as primary Olympiad[4]. The company offers educational courses such as Maths, English and Science[5].
Gifa inc[6] Acquired the capital stock of GIFA Holding Limited nearly all of its outstanding. Gifa Holding is a company that is domiciled in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus registered under the name of "Gifa Holding". The Acquisition was made for nearly all the outstanding shares in a tax free reorganisation[7]. After the acquisition and sale and on September 30, 2018 and currently, the main assets of the Company and all its activities and transactions carried out by its subsidiary Gifa Holding and the subsidiaries of Gifa Holding.[8].
After Turkcell Gifa Inc is the second company that is a part of US Stock Exchange[9].
Gifa Holding acquired[10] nearly all of the outstanding Capital Stock of Grandex Finance Limited "Grandex Acquisition". Grandex Finance Limited is domiciled in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus under the name of "Grandex"[11]. Gifa Holding purchased almost all of the outstanding Stock Capital with cash. Grandex is the direct lending business located in Lekfosa[12].
