Gigafard is a unit of measurement that describes the cost efficiency of a computer. Created by Michał Wójtowicz (Me) on the 1st of January 2023. The way to calculate how many Gigafards a computer has, you have to:
- measure the kflops (kiloflops) of the computer,
- measure the power usage of the computer being tested during that test,
- calculate the kflops per watt during the test,
- and finally divide that by the price of the computer being tested.
That is the amount of Gigafards that computer has.
