Gloria Travesí (November 22, 1922) was an actress in Soap Operas Peru Films. She also a Screenwriter of Soap Operas[1]
Biography
Travesí was born in November 1922 in Peru. When she was young, she worked as an actress with her two sisters Angelita and Elvira.[2]
She Married Gustavo Larrañaga Saa and had three children, Fernando, Gustavo and Carlos, and lived in the central of Lima, Peru.
Travesí played an integral part in the rise of Peru's film industry in the 1930s. A member of the "Amauta Films" studio, she acted in several costumbrist films produced during the era. Her more popular films include: "Gallo de mi Galpon" in 1938, "De carne somos" and "Natacha" in 1971. She had a theater production company with her children.
