Gloversville High School
Gloversville High School (GHS) is a public high school located at 199 Lincoln Street, in Gloversville, New York. Neighboring the Gloversville Middle School, at 234 Lincoln Street, the high school educates about 900 students[1] in grades 9–12 within the Gloversville Enlarged School District. Summer school is offered for students who need to make up or want to get ahead in classes. GHS is also one of two schools in Fulton/Montgomery counties that are a PLTW accredited school. They also offer Driver's Education in the summer. Gloversville athletics offers various sports such as football, soccer, bowling, golf, field hockey, swimming, basketball, track and field, and more. The CEEB code for GHS is 332120.[2]

Clubs and Organizations
At GHS, many clubs are available for students to join. There are Band, Jazz Band, Drama, Student Government (SGA), Gay-Straight Alliance (GSA), Key Club, and National Honor Society (NHS).
Notable Alumni
- Nancy St. Thomas, a 1967 Gloversville High School graduate, is an entrepreneur and business owner. She has recently given a donation to the City of Gloversville on behalf of her foundation to improve a local greenspace.[3]
- Bradley Wisniewski, a 2021 GHS graduate, was Vice President of his class. He went to Rochester Institute of Technology to study mechanical engineering. He was 8th in his graduating class of 157 students.[4]
Facilities
The Gloversville High/Middle School Campus has a brand new athletic complex, The Ville Athletics. The complex features a state-of-the-art track, baseball fields, tennis courts, and multipurpose turf.
