Rikitu Israel Gabayo (born 14 April 1995), known professionally as Gome Riki Tu, is an Ethiopian rapper, singer and songwriter. He is arguably the most influential Ethiopian Oromo hip hop artist of this generation.[1]
Early life and career
Gome Riki Tu was born in Nekemte, Oromia , Ethiopia on 14 April 1995. He attended school at Guliso. Gome was raised speaking the Afaan Oromoo|Oromo Language in addition to speaking Amharic and English. He also enrolled in a local public school and pursued his education until Highschool. The first time he sang, he sang a song titled "Qoricha Roorroo" in 2020.[2]

Gome continued his career. He produced his first Album in 2023.
