Government Oversight Committee (Georgia Senate)
The Senate Government Oversight Committee is an eight member legislative body consisting of a chairman, a vice-chairman, a secretary, and five members. The Committee operates under a Senate mandate to regulate all state government programs and policies.[1]

The Senate Government Oversight Committee has jurisdiction over all legislative regulation of state government programs and their associated policies.[1]
