Graduate Prospects was a specialist graduate careers organisation operating in the United Kingdom's higher education sector. Based in Manchester, England, Prospects was owned by the registered charity Higher Education Careers Services Unit (HECSU).

CSU Ltd was formed as a private limited company in 1991 and changed its name to Graduate Prospects Ltd in 2003.^[1]
