Graduate Prospects was a specialist graduate careers organisation operating in the United Kingdom's higher education sector. Based in Manchester, England, Prospects was owned by the registered charity Higher Education Careers Services Unit (HECSU).

CSU Ltd was formed as a private limited company in 1991 and changed its name to Graduate Prospects Ltd in 2003.[1]

Graduate Prospects provides a range of graduate career and postgraduate study recruitment options:
- Prospects.ac.uk - a graduate careers website with information on jobs and work experience, postgraduate study and applying for university.
- HECSU - provides information and news on specialist research relating to higher education and graduate employment.
- Prospects HEDD - an online government-backed degree verification service targeting degree fraud in the higher education sector. It assists universities in managing candidate verification requests from employers, agencies and other universities.
- Prospects Careers Service Network - provides vacancy and event management software to careers services.
- Prospects Course Exchange - manages postgraduate course data from higher education providers allowing for the comparison of courses. It includes a free validation service, Prospects Course Check.
- Prospects Luminate - an online resource for the student and graduate labour market.
- Graduate Talent Pool - a free service for graduates looking for paid internships. It’s delivered by Graduate Prospects on behalf of the Department for Education.
