Granite Recovery Centers is a drug rehabilitation treatment facility founded by Eric Spofford with current headquarters in Salem, New Hampshire. Granite Recovery Centers was founded in 2008 as a halfway house and has since grown into 7 different facilities, ranging from 4 sober living houses to 3 medication assisted detoxification facilities. The locations are based in New Hampshire, within major cities as well as remote locations like New Hampshire's White Mountains. Granite Recovery employs roughly 300 employees, from clinicians, recovery support specialists, admissions counselors, clinical therapists, chefs, and corporate employees.

Medication Assisted Faciliites:
Green Mountain Treatment Center in Effingham, New Hampshire. This facility provides primary residential rehabilitation treatment.
NFA Behavioral Health in Canturbury, New Hampshire. This facility provides clinical therapy and medication assisted treatment.
The Granite House in Derry, New Hampshire. This facility is a residential drug rehabilitation facility.
Sober Houses:
Harmony House in Wakefield, New Hampshire. This is a women's only halfway treatment house.
Freedom House in Effingham, New Hampshire. This is a men's only halfway treatment house.
Queen City Sober Living in Manchester, New Hampshire. This is a men's only halfway treatment house.
Vision City Sober Living in Manchester, New Hampshire. This is a women's only halfway treatment house.
Curriculum:
Granite Recovery Centers provides a 12 step centered curriculum integrating clinical therapies for addiction treatment. Granite also provides holistic therapies, group therapies, individual therapies, and treatment for mental disorders. Many of the facilities also provide physical exercise rooms like gyms, yoga, and meditation centers as well as nutrition-based and chef prepared meals for clients. Granite Recovery Centers offers a full curriculum of care, including medical detox, primary residential treatment, partial hospitalization program, intensive outpatient program, dual diagnosis, and medication assisted treatment.
