Grays Harbor Gulls FC is an adult amateur soccer team located in Aberdeen, Washington, USA. The team competes in the Western Washington Premier League. Both the club and the league began operations in 2018. The team is composed of players aged 17+, who have all or will compete at the college level. Talks to start the team began in November 2017 by brothers Ben and Alex Barene. The team applied for WWPL status and were accepted in December 2017. Just days later, it was announced that Drew Grannemann of Hoquiam, WA would be the Gulls first head coach.
On April 14, 2018, the team played their first ever match, a 2-1 loss at home to Snohomish County Steelheads. Samuel Ruiz scored the goals first ever goal by following in a Juanito Lopez shot in the 35th minute.
The Gulls first WWPL match ended in a 3-3 draw away to Harbor Force of Gig Harbor on April 28th, 2018. Juanito Lopez and Juan Oropeza scored in the first half that ended 3-2. In the late goings of the second half, Alex Pugadelarosa scored the equalizer after a slaloming run to give the Gulls their first WWPL point.
On May 12, 2018, the Gulls hosted their first ever WWPL match, which ended in a 3-0 loss to league leading Lacey FC.
On May 26, 2018, the Gulls won their first ever match, beating Harbor Force 2-1. Tony Oropeza headed in a Victor Junco corner kick to tie the match in the 41st minute, and Alex Pugadelarosa scored from 20 yards out in the 44th minute.
