Great Hotels of the World (GHOTW) is a well-established hotel representation company that provides global hotel sales and marketing services, as well as technology solutions for an exclusive portfolio of independent hotels and resorts worldwide. Great Hotels of the World has operations in Frankfurt, Lisbon, London, Madrid, Milan and New York. Essentially, Great Hotels of the World operates as an extension of hotels' Sales & Marketing and distribution teams in international B2B markets too vast and/or dispersed for independent hotels to cover.
History[edit]
Great Hotels of the World was launched as a marketing soft-brand in 2004 by Big Worldwide. In 2018 it was acquired by GuestCentric, a global provider of cloud-based digital marketing software and services for independent hotels, moving its headquarters from London to Portugal [2] in 2017.
Operations[edit]
Great Hotels of the World operates on a global scale representing a consortium of hotels in Europe[3], Middle East & Africa, Asia and South America. Atlantis The Palm, Dubai in UAE, Parco dei Principe Grand Hotel in Rome, Italy and Dom Pedro Lisboa in Lisbon, Portugal - all catering to the rising bleisure travel activity[4], are some of the hotels that make up the Great Hotels of the World collection.
