Great baths

The Great Bath is an ancient structure at Mohenjo-daro, built by the Indus Valley civilization over 5000 years ago. At 12x7 meters wide, and 2.4 meters deep, it has a volume of around 200 meters cubed.[1]
"Great Bath" or "Great baths" may also refer to similar structures built by the Romans called Thermae:
- The Roman Baths in Somerset, England.
- The Great Bath at the Somerset Roman Baths. It is 1.5 meters deep, but longer than the Great Bath at Mohenjo-daro, bringing its volume to around 370 meters cubed.[2]
- The Great Bath(s) at Lechaion Road, Corinth.[3]
- A number of other Roman baths, including the largest at Rome: The Baths of Diocletian.
