The Green Hub Project is a Fellowship Programme started by the North East Network and Dusty Foot Productions in December 2014 in Tezpur, Assam. It is India's first youth and community based fellowship programme initiative that focuses on creating videos for change. The visual medium is used to engage and empower the youth to become leaders of biodiversity conservation. Every year, 20 young people who represent remote areas, urban spaces and diverse communities are selected through a robust application procedure for a one year fellowship. during which they document wildlife, indigenous knowledge, livelihood and social change related to their communities or grassroots organisations.

It started for youth across the northeast region of India to learn about environment, wildlife, conservation and climate sustainability through the medium of filmmaking. The fellowship is specially for youth from remote areas and marginalised communities, who are interested to learn, but do not have access to the necessary training. The programme has now expanded to Central India and is in its second phase with rural and tribal youth from Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Jharkhand.
