Greenlots is an electric vehicle infrastructure company headquartered in Los Angeles, California, with operations in 13 countries. It installs, operates and develops software for electric vehicle charging stations, among other services. Since 2019, it has been a subsidiary of Shell New Energies, itself part of oil and natural gas company Royal Dutch Shell.[1]

Greenlots frequently provides charging station services to electric utilities to install, service, manage or provide software for their public stations and other projects. Its utility partners include Exelon's Maryland utilities Pepco, Delmarva Power and Baltimore Gas and Electric[2], as well as Southern California Edison[3]. It also provides software and other services for the Electrify America network of fast charging stations owned by Volkswagen Group[4]
