Gregory Efosa Erhabor (born July 26, 1957) is an ordained minister and a trained medical practitioner. He is the President/Founder of the Spokesman Communication Ministries, the Spokesman School of Effective Ministry and Leadership, and the Senior Pastor of the Sanctuary of Hope Church. He is the Host of the Hope for the Nation Television Broadcast. He is one of the leading Consultant Chest Physicians in Nigeria and has held numerous leadership positions nationally and internationally in the field of medicine. He is a Professor of Medicine, a discipline he has practiced for over three decades. He currently trains and mentors students, both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, in the art and skill of medicine at the Obafemi Awolowo University/Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital Complex, Ile-Ife, Nigeria.
Spiritual leadership
Erhabor often features as the main speaker in major conferences and conventions worldwide and he is the host of the weekly telecast 'Hope for the Nation' which is aired on a number of stations. He is a Co-Founder of International Christian Medical and Dental Association (ICMDA), one of the pioneering founders of the National Conference of Christian Medical and Dental Students (now Christian Medical and Dental Association - Students) and Guest Speaker, United Nations Lecture on Leadership in Holland, 2004. He is the author of the best-selling leadership books, The Making of a Great Pastor, Your Time in your Hands and Balancing Life and Work in the 21st Century.

Academic attainments
Erhabor is a Professor of Medicine at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and a Consultant Chest Physician at the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He has been involved in the teaching and training of students, both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, in the art and skill of medicine. He is also an external examiner to various universities within and outside the country. Erhabor has been actively involved in numerous international conferences and meetings. He is a Fellow of the West African College of Physicians and in recognition of his contribution towards medicine at both national and international levels, he was awarded a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians (FCCP), Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians, Edinburgh (FRCP Edin), and Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians, London (FRCP Lond). He is currently a Global Governor of the American College of Chest Physicians having served as an International Regent of the College for six years. Greg Erhabor is one of the pioneering founders of the Pan-African Thoracic Society and a former national delegate of the European Respiratory Society.
He is the immediate past President of the Nigerian Thoracic Society and former Chairman, STOP TB Nigeria. He served as the Vice-Chair of the Chronic Lung Disease division of International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases (IUATLD) based in Paris for three years, having been the secretary and programme secretary for many years. He is a member of the British Thoracic Society and the American Thoracic Society till date. He is a Faculty Member of the West African College of Physicians and the Chief Examiner, Faculty of Internal Medicine, West African College of Physicians. He is also an Editor of the African Journal of Respiratory Medicine. He is a member of International Boards including being Advisory Board Member, Global Health Promotion on Community Health Promotion Strategies and Non-Communicable Diseases Control in Africa (2009) and Advisory Board Member (Pfizer): The AFME Pneumococcal Adult (Vaccine) (2011).
Erhabor is a published author who has written numerous articles in peer reviewed national and international journals and some of his works have brought about ground breaking changes in the field of medicine.[2][3] He has several abstracts in national and international conference proceedings and has published several information booklets on asthma, tuberculosis and other chest diseases. He is the author of the book- Pulmonary Function Tests: Spirometry and Peak Flow in Clinical Practice, which has received national acclaim. He is currently publishing three textbooks; The Short Textbook of Asthma, Asthma: The Essentials and the Handbook of Respiratory Medicine, which will soon be out of press. He has pioneered research and clinical service in respiratory medicine and his work has continued to provide the leading lights into patho-physiology of common diseases such as asthma and obstructive airway disease in Nigeria.
He has had numerous national and international awards including the British Thoracic Society (BTS) Award (1993), 'Making a Difference' Award by American College of Chest Physicians in Philadelphia (2008), Humanitarian Award in Asthma by American College of Chest Physicians in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, 2012, [4] among many others. He has been featured on major National Television Networks and Dailies on the prevention and management of lung diseases. Greg Erhabor is the President/Founder of Asthma and Chest Care Foundation, a non-governmental organization with a tripod aim of pursuing research, education and patient care among asthmatics and those with other chest diseases. He is currently the Head, Respiratory Unit, Department of Medicine, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria.

Greg Erhabor is married to Rev. Mrs. Ayodele Erhabor and has three children, Paul, John and Daniel.[5]
