Greg Keeley
Greg Keeley is the Managing Partner of Dreadnaught, a Government Relations, Communications and Intelligence practice, based in Birmingham, Alabama. He is a contributor to media outlets on national security and foreign policy.
Mr. Keeley has the unique distinction of being commissioned into the United States Navy directly from the Royal Australian Navy. He has served in combat theatres including Afghanistan, Iraq and Pacific. During his final deployment he served as Spokesman and Director of Legislative Affairs for ISAF/U.S. Forces.
Keeley served as Chief Operating Officer of Liberty Biosecurity and Liberty Biosecurity Australia, a privately-owned member of the EdenRoc Sciences family of life sciences companies and investments working with leading hospitals, research institutions, national governments, militaries, and space exploration agencies on five continents.
Mr. Keeley served as biosecurity advisor to Penn State University’s Applied Research Lab for the Under Secretary of Defense Intelligence.
He has held senior advisory and/or leadership roles in a number of cybersecurity and technology firms, including Araxid Analytics, Halo Privacy, Lua Technology and Ionic Security. He is Co Founder of Phosphorus IOT.
While Senior Vice President at the D.C. based private equity firm Monument Capital Group, Mr. Keeley provided portfolio management to global clients in the cyber, intelligence and defense sectors.
Mr. Keeley served in senior roles in the United States Congress, including to; the Vice Chairman of the House Armed Services Committee (Rep. Saxton, R-NJ); the Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee (Rep. Royce, R-CA); Chairman of the Republican Senate Policy Committee (Sen. Barrasso, R-Wy).
Born and raised in Australia, Mr. Keeley operated for the Commonwealth Government in various capacities including the Royal Australian Navy and Australian Federal Police - International Deployment Group. He was an advisor to Senator Alan Ferguson, President of the Australian Senate, and to the Secretary of the Defense Material Organization.
As a sought after national security analyst, Mr. Keeley is a contributor to Fox News, Fox Business, Israel's I24 News), The Washington Times, The Telegraph (UK), Daily Caller and The Hill Newspaper amongst others.
He was the inaugural Visiting Fellow at the National Cyber Security Institute where he co-authored/edited two books including Cybersecurity in our Digital Lives with Hudson Whitman Press.
Mr. Keeley is a Service Disabled Combat Veteran.
