Growatt is one of the world’s top 10 solar inverter suppliers according to the report released by Wood Mackenzie.[1] The company provides string PV inverters that cover a power range from 0.75kW to 253kW. In addition, Growatt offers off-grid and storage inverters, solar pumping inverters, energy storage batteries and a variety of PV monitoring modules and smart home devices.[2]

Growatt was founded in 2010 in Shenzhen, the tech hub of China. The company has over 400 R&D engineers and has established 14 branches globally. So far, Growatt has shipped over two million inverters to more than 100 countries around the world.[3] According to IHS Markit’s PV inverter market report, Growatt is the world’s third largest single-phase solar inverter supplier.[4] In 2020, in response to increasing demand, Growatt has built a new factory in Huizhou city.[5]

Growatt offers solutions for solar PV applications and energy storage in different scenarios. Growatt provides on-grid inverters, capacity ranging from 750W to 253kW, for residential, commercial and utility-scale solar plants. Additionally, Growatt produces solar pumping inverters and off-grid inverters.

For residential solar energy storage, Growatt offers DC-coupled solutions for new installation of storage systems and AC-coupled solutions for system retrofit. Growatt’s batteries use LFP materials that have excellent thermal stability and safety characteristics.
