Gruffydd Morris is a young, semi- professional Actor, Singer and folk dancer from wales. He lives with his family in Miskin not too far from Cardiff. His work has been brosdcast around the world on television channels BBC and S4C. Gruffydd Morris has performed on stage in the Wales Millenium Centre in the Eisteddfod yr Urdd 2019. He has performed in every Eisteddfod yr Urdd since 2019 including 'Sir Ddinbych' and 'Sir Gaerfyrddin' his next appearence in thr Eisteddfod yr urdd will be in 2024 in 'Meifod'. He has also started to get involved in the national Eisteddfod of Wales. Dancing as one of the first boys ever in 'Dawns y Flodau' translated to 'The dance of the flowers' which takes place in every main ceremony in the Eisteddfod. He has already appeared once in the Proclimation event of the Eisteddfod in Aberdare in late 2023. His work also continues away from the 'Eisteddfod's' of wales. He has landed many jobs in welsh television. First appearing in 'Mastermind Plant Cymru' at the very young age of nine, unfortunately he did not win the episode, but arguably had the hardest questions of the programme with his Specialist subject the RNLI. After the programme he was in hospital for a life threatning chest infection. After this he then went on to raise over a thousand pound to the RNLI vy running a marathon cycling 100 miles and swimming 5000 metres over a number of weeks.Then also taking part in the production of Chwarter Call but not appearing in the Programme. He has auditioned to many television programmes in wales and got very far in the process of auditioning for a role in his Name for two roles in Boom Cymru's production of Amser Maith Maith yn ôl and Hei Hanes. His most recent work on screen is his biggest job yet recording 52 episodes of the main role in a cartoon for young children called Odo. He acted the role of Odo the owl, the main character of the cartoon series. He recorded the programme with Rondo Media and Atsain , in Cadiff. It was a first time experience for him recording a voice over. The episodes are still available to watch on the BBC iplayer or S4C Clic. Gruffydd Morris is a very busy young boy attending a Singing, Dancing and Acting school. He is also planning to join choirs including 'Only Boys Allowed' but who knows when we will see him next and what will he be doing in the near future?
